I need help to grow my hair.

My hair won't grow but I have but heat on it._. And I do everything.
Egg and olive oil. Hot olive oil. I wash it. Why won't it grow. I haven't put heat on it sence a year ago. Please help

Try different shampoos? My friends hair used to not grow and she tried out different shampoos. It just recently started growing again.

Hair growth depends on a lot of things besides maintenance like that
You have to pay attention to genetics and health, too
Check with a doctor to do bloodwork on what vitamins you might be missing
Don't just start taking biotin or whatever vitamins without a doctor's order like other people do because your levels might be fine and you're just overdosing

Don't take vitamins my mom is a nurse and is against it unless you ask a doctor you can't just swallow pills because girls tell you to it's not safe!

When was your last hair cut? it looks like you need a decent amount taken off those ends. that could be why it seems like its not growing...your hair could just be breaking right off. while. keeping your hair healthy and trimmed is key to growing your hair out. split ends travel up the hair shaft and create breakage.

My hair hadn't grown in a long time, but that was because I refused to cut it, my aunt, who's a professional, forced me to cut it lol, in less that 2 months my hair has grown more than 4 inches & it's so much healthier, I haven't burnt it since she cut it & I'm so happy to see progress, I recommend you cut it!
