Thoughts on bio oil for acne scars?

I've been using bio oil lately (test patch on a small part of my face) to help with the acne scars. Has any one had any great results with this method?

I'm not sure that using bio oil is good for the face, be careful using it, it might break you out

The downside to bio oil is that its main ingredient is mineral oil, which is a refined petroleum product. I have recently bought a similar product that had almond oil as a base instead of mineral oil. Maybe be on the lookout for something without petrolates.

I've heard both pros and cons to bio oil but it's honestly the best thing I've used so far. I have/had a lot of scarring and it seemed to fade them. I use bb cream and it looks a ton better when I apply bio oil before using it. Hope this helps.
