Itchy red spots?

So this isn't really about makeup but I have these itchy, flakey red patches all over my stomach, arms, and neck. It's not chicken pox or anything like that, they're flakey patches. Does anyone have any idea what it is or how to help it?

It could be eczema or hives. I'd use aloe vera gel, or look into seeing if you're allergic to something around you.
