Try Raspberry Ketone (Gives You Lots Of Energy While Helping You Loose Weight)& Watch What You Eat. Simple As That.

I agree with April D. you can't expect results if you aren't willing to put in the work. And those liquid diets that claim to melt the weight off without exercise is a joke and dangerous.

somehow I guess ill need to get motivated. I heard about that raspberry ketone...where can I get that? and is that healthy or dangerous?

Find a way to excersice that works for you! Try a new machince, zumba, yoga, or a dance class (anything from ballet to hiphop)! Try group or solo, and be sure to invest in cute workout clothes and good footwear, your body and spirit will thank you. Eat right- think mostly veggies and fruit on your plate. Take vitamin supplements to keep your body healthy; and avoid processed foods or hidden sugars. Also, get checked for food sensitivities- if you have one no matter what it makes you gain weight.

Try clean eating. Look it up if you don't know what that means. Also, find an activity that you enjoy. Taking walks, dancing, swimming. Is possible to make working out fun if you enjoy what you're doing! But make sure you're not eating processed foods. Clean eating.

Join a sports team! It's fun and it forces you to work! I hate running because its boring and there's no point, but when you have a goal and responsibility to win it makes it a lot easier to do.

Find a friend to go with you (to the gym, group exercise or whatever). Depending on where you live, living social usually has deals for gyms and studios so its a great way to try lots of options out. Diet is also key. There really is no quick way to lose weight and keep it off. Crash diets tend to result in even more weight gain. Totally agree with Katie S - love blogilates.com as an in-home option or livestrong.com.

I know this sounds silly but what i do is buy a smaller jean size. Try to fit into them and that'll give you motivation. I ran everyday, walked, ate salads, drank water and i lost 25 pounds from doing that.

Like I always say: if eating healthy and exercising was super fun there would be no fat people in the world. Have you tried to focus on the benefits of working out? While you do it picture yourself with that killer bikini body or if you need motivation to go think about what you hate the most about your body at the moment. Good luck!
