That's not me. I'm asking how to get this look and what color I should use. This is lickgold (her tumblr url name)

Sure this is a smokey eye, I love it! It's a 'halo' literally circling the eye.👼 So you'll want the deepest shades closest to the eye, then fading lighter and lighter as you go out. I would start by rimming your entire upper and lower waterline in black pencil. Next, smudge the deepest shade of red/brown around your eye. This would work best if you had a cream base to smudge around- even brown would work- then top with shadow, it just gives more depth. Blend the edges really well. Then go around with a lighter color and just buff out until the edges fade. Pile on mascara, and wispy falsies like ages wearing here would be great! I hope that helps? Such a great fall look!😁

Are you looking for a particular brand of shadow? Many companies are making these beautiful shades now! I think you would love MAC paint pot in Groundwork for Fall, it's a lovely brown that makes a great base for any if these looks. I use it to deepen and hold lots of colors!

Thank you Erica. and yes, I was also looking for red/brown shades that are similar to those in the looks. You helped a lot though.

Well I don't know if its just me, but the colors look much different in the first and second pictures. In the first picture, it looks much deeper, almost like a burnt orange, similar to the orange in the Kat von D Monarch palette. In the second picture, it looks much lighter to me, a bit like a light dusting of MAC Texture eyeshadow. In the second, its almost got a pinky undertone. Let me know, I can find some colors that could give you a similar look and swatch them if you want :)

They are two different looks, yes, I really liked them both though and wanted to try both out.
That would be wonderful, thank you

Okay, for the first look, any of these would work in my opinion. these are (top to bottom) KvD Wrath, Inglot 605, and Lorac Garnet from the pro 1 :)

For the second look (left to right) MAC Texture, Too Faced Salted Caramel (from the Chocolate Bar), and Lorac Nectar (from the pro 2)
