Tightlining isn't that hard to so tbh, so maybe it's your product. I found it easiest to apply with gel eyeliner and traditional soft pencil liner.

I've got some problems with it, too. Usually I use a pencil and I always try to make short lines because I'm not able to make a whole line tightly :). Of course these short lines have to be connected but I often have to correct them afterwards so it might not be the best way :)

Warm your pencil so it's soft and then hold it so it's pointing straight up at the ceiling. Guide it with your free finger tip so you aim at the base of your lashes. Really think "I'm scrubbing this into my lashes!!" It helps you mentally, lol- really! You'll naturally look down and away, but you can partially close your eyes and look at a mirror if you need to by tipping your head back a bit. Once you get it, it's one of those weird things you can do without a mirror since your lashes guide you! I really hope this blather helps, lol!!😘💕
