Didn't they wash your hair at the salon? There's no reason for you to wash again for at LEAST a day but you should wait longer if you can.

So I'm not sure if you did them at a salon or at home, but I did mine at home, an I washed the same day and try came out really well(: I'd say its probably fine.

It depends on what kind of highlights you got, if they're blonde then it doesn't matter if you wash your hair, you're not going tot be stripping any color since the color is already gone.
