Did you want suggestions for nudes?
Be warned, I haven't tried these, but these are the nudes that I like most:
Creme de nude
Myth
Blankety
Hue
Velvet Teddy
Twig (a darker nude)
Kinda Sexy
Viva Glam II

I also really like Ravishing, but it's more of a coral/orange than nude.

I personally only own 2, but they're very dark: Rebel and Heroine.

I think the lipstick finishes that are most forgiving for beginners are Cremesheen, Glaze and Luster.

Depends on what colour you are going for, red, nude, pinks, but for fair skin and blue eyes you could probably pull off pretty much any of their best sellers, ie russian red, ruby woo, st. germain, lady danger, snob, myth, personally I think out of those lady danger would be a great one.
