I straighten my hair almost everyday ( I know bad) but I am starting to cut down. I started dying my hair in the summer and because of straightening so much it's beginning to dry at the ends. What's some advice or products I can use to make it healthier in the ends and help my hair grow. I use to have reaaaally long hair but after a bad trim and the damage I'm doing it hasn't grown longer. Please help! Thank you in advance :)

Definitely oil, be it using argan oil or roughing it with some olive oil. I also I love the Three Minute Treatment from Aussie. A friend lent it to me for a day and sweet Jesus my hair was like a bunny. Also applying conditioner and oil to the ends prevents breaking.

You need hair treatments, like coconut oil and olive oil. I agree on the Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner.
I know you don't wanna hear it, but you need to trim the ends and stop using heat. I fried my hair by straightening it every single day and it never got better until I stopped no matter how much heat protectant I used.

Cut down on the heat. make sure to always use a heat protectant, I recommend it's a 10. if you have any damaged/split ends you need to get them trimmed otherwise they'll just travel up even more & cause you to cut off more hair. do a hot oil treatment on your ends, I recommend using coconut oil. try a deep conditioner, I recommend Aussie 3 minute miracle. also use hair masks, store bought or diy. I personally use loreal oleo therapy deep recovery mask. for diy some ingredients you can use are; olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, almond oil, avocado oil, bananas, honey, egg, mayo, aloe vera, & avocados.
