I'm not sure if you file your nails or not but if you do make sure to only file in one direction if you do it back and forth that may happen.

Ugh, mine do this. I'd recommend a blood test for anaemia. Nails are usually the first to go. Nail strengtheners will help. NailTek do an amazing one.

Don't take pills unless your doctor says you should!!
I'd get a check for iron deficiency, I this and your nails are definitely the first to go
