What is a good website that has good makeup (eyeshadow) and/or makeup brushes needing both really bad but don't want to spend a fortune.

I'm not too sure about cheap brushes, but you may want to try colourpop.com, they have really nice eyeshadows and lipsticks that are really pretty cheap, like $5 each, I think? If you're looking for cheaper palettes try drugstore.com, they have palettes like Maybelline The Nudes and Wet n Wild palettes as well.

NYX is great! I think you can order from their site if you want to order online. I know it's sold at ulta and target though. :) I'm not sure about brushes though.

I agree with Romie! I use them. Also surprisingly, dollar tree (or any ol dollar store) has great brushes! I'm a cheapo, I know.. but they're honestly great!
