What are your tips on using the Clarisonic?

Hi guys!
So I recently just bought the Clarisonic Mia 2 and I've used it for about two times now! It tickles using it on your nose lol

From your experience:
Can you tell me what I should be expecting?

Any helpful tips?

Any do's & don't's?

I've had my clarisonic for about 3-4 months now. I know many people experience a purge phase but I never did. I use mine every day in the night with the body shop tea tree skin clearing facial wash. I'm in love with it, my skin has never felt better :)
I also like to "deep"clean mine once a week with a toothbrush (:

Yeah I've heard of the purging, how bad is the purging stage? I'm not really sure if I've experience it yet. I'm also using the soy cleanser it came with. So far so good!

@Ivette yes my skin feels really soft after I use it. Does it feel funny on your nose? Lol I have to turn it off and then just do regular circular motions.

Remove makeup first before using the Clarisonic so you aren't spreading its remnants all over the face and into the brush.

Be prepared lol. I went through a 5 week purge. Worst skin of life. Then it got better than ever.

-use it accordingly. 2x a day is too much. You have to find your skin needs. I use it every other night.

-use a gentle cleanser. I use Cetaphil or Cerave. I made the mistake of using Noxema and irritated my skin sooooo badly.

-be patient. Good skin takes time.

I also never went through a purging phase. If you find it irritating, you can email they company nicely and they may send you a more gentle brush-head for free (I've heard of this happening to several people). To avoid using too much pressure, hold the clarisonic at the very end - makes it pretty much impossible to press too hard. I deep clean mine weekly and use a little bit of gentle soap every night to clean it off after using it.

Oh, you know how the brush sort of looks like a circle with a bigger ring around it? The outer ring actually snaps off so you can have a smaller brush for using on/around the nose!
