How have you found is the best way to apply colorstay btw? I feel like it cakes up on me a bit even after I apply the lait concentre and sometimes even a good primer.

Nothing can magically make your hair grow. You have to care for it so while it grows, it grows healthy and you won't have to keep cutting it, as you would if you kept damaging it. Don't take any vitamins or pills without consulting your doctor. I'll repeat it again, nothing at all can speed up hair growth.
