I don't know about that one in particular but I've used the one from Julep and the Eco tools one and liked both of them. The Julep one comes with a thing to hang it up to dry which is incredibly convenient.

So you wash your face using this sponge?

Yep I use it once a day when I wash my face in the shower.

Not sure where that one's from - sephora has one for $18 but you can get them in Amazon/ulta for $5ish. I use one almost every day and love them. It's not good to exfoliate if you have lots of acne, as this will just spread bacteria around. But if you have more moderate acne the charcoal in the sponge is designed to help with that. No matter what, I recommend washing your face after using this to clean any pimples that may have been opened by the exfoliation and remove any released bacteria.

I hated it and returned it because it wouldn't dry overnight and seemed to be no better than washing with your fingers. A wash cloth works better for me.

I agree with Erica about some of them not drying overnight. I like the one I'm using now for that very reason. (It has a string through it and comes with s suction cup hook to hang it from) So it never lays in a pool of water gathering bacteria yuck!

I have the one from Julep as well and I think the thinner, teardrop shape is great for cleaning out pores around the nose and being flatter helps it dry out. I hang it under my sink inside the vanity. Works pretty well for me.

You can find dupes for cheaper like dr. sponge. I found a charcoal sponge @ tj maxx for like $4! I like it & use it just about every night. I will put my face wash directly on the wet sponge & wash my face for about a min. just make sure to let it air dry, even somewhere outside of your bathroom (moist environments = breeding ground for germs!)
