Hey ladies I was wondering if you all had any tricks on getting red hair out without bleaching? I really don't want to bleach my hair causes way too much damage! Any suggestions?

Red hair is one of the hardest colors to keep in...wash it often and with a non-color-safe shampoo, Garnier's Pure Clean is a good one. Make sure you're doing a mask or a deep conditioner after this or you'll ruin your hair. You can also try a color stripper like color oops or a vitamin C mask (you can google that)

Hope it all works out :) it's likely that a red tint will still stay behind once it's all gone but a green toner should take care of that.

Use a color remover. I used Loreal color zap to remove red, purple and even brown

Like when you use purple to cancel out the yellow tones in blonde hair, a green toner will cancel out the red tones :)

You can also take some green manic panic and dilute it with conditioner and leave it on for a while, it kind of does the same thing as the toner

The pravana artificial color remover is what I used. We had to do it twice, but it worked like a dream and now I'm blonde. I just don't know where to tell you to buy it because it's a salon service. But I can tell you it works and makes the hair still feel good. I use it on my own clients now that I've seen what it can do.
