DO NOT STRIP YOUR HAIR! Stripping your hair makes it brittle and dead. Depending on how fresh the black is in your hair, the bleach could turn it grey. I would wait a little for the color to fade or grow out, then maybe try something new. It looks nice right now anyways. :)
