Not at all. The best way to gey rid of frizz is to get rid of split ends, make sure your hair is moisturized by using hair masks and leave in conditioning type of products, and don't use hot water in the shower, use warm and then rinse your hair with cold watet to prevent dryness.

Actuaaly I have curly hair and it use to be really frizzy now I use Moroccanoil (hydration) and my frizz is very clam and my hair dries faster its a merical in a bottle.

Trim your hair like every 2 months to avoid split ends. I used to have the same problem but now everytime I get out of the shower or when my hair is wet I use this product called "curve it curl taming cream" by Loreal it works great and it's pretty inexpensive.
