What are some not too expensive conditioners for thick, oily hair (I have normal roots by the way)

Probably nothing that says moisturizing or hydrating. I would avoid using any product on your hair/roots like any oils. I find washing your hair with cold water helps the oilyness. I have oily hair as well and I haven't really found that changing products has helped, it's more with how I wash my hair and how often.
