Eyeliner & Eyebrow Pencil, a difference?

It's there a difference between the product used for eyes and the product used for eyebrows? I'm so curious.

I find that typically eyeliner is more creamy, because the eyes are so sensitive and you don't want to be tugging around your lid. Eyebrow pencils aren't as pigmented either so that you have more control and can build up colour to provide a more natural look.

In some eyeliners I don't see much of a difference sometime I use a brown eyeliner for my eyebrows and it looks the same as when I use products meant for the eyebrows.

It depends because my pencil is meant to be used for both
But eyebrow pencils are much fainter than eyeliners

To add on to what others have said, eyebrow pencils tend to be waxier but it all depends on the brand. You can definitely use an eyeliner for your brows if its the right color.

Eyebrow pencils are sometimes more powdery. And much less creamy.
