I wouldnt recommend doing a cat eye with pencil eyeliner, so if you wanna achieve that look use liquid or gel. Instead, try smudgung the ends of the eyeliner if you do use a pencil to give a smokey day look.

I didn't use pencil, I used my MAC 208 brush and used creep from the Naked palette as an eyeliner. Thanks for the tip though, that's what I would usually use, but I didn't want a really potent line.
