That looks exactly like the eclipse concealer pallet by coastal scents I have it it doesn't break my out but I do have to say I never use it because I don't really like the pallet but that's just my opinion I just don't know how to make them look right on me.

Dimethicone is silicone, which can be comedogenic. Mica can irritate some people, but not always. Not sure what those extracts are for, but if you have any plant allergies do a patch test to be safe. The ingredients at the bottom are pigments (titanium dioxide is white, iron oxide is red, carmine is red, chromium oxide is a greenish blue, ultramarine is blue, manganese is a burgundy or magenta color).
Note that this palette is not "cruelty free" or vegan, if that matters to you.

@Emily thanks for all those details! I do mostly stick to vegan/cruelty free brands as much as I can. I am aware its not (and I do wish it was).
