And can you tell me about the formula? Are they creamy or sort of dry like some of the ones on the Too Faced Everything Nice palette? Is there any fallout?

Thankyou! And I got it on sale so it was a good purchase. And its not dry at all very soft and smooth to apply it is very shimmery so with this palette its best to do the eye makeup first so that you don't have any sparkles fall on your foundation. It would probably be creamier with a primer but without it is still pretty smooth to apply
