My hair isn't thin I'd say it's normal but it used to be a little bit thicker. Is there any oils or products I can use to make my hair thicker?

I don't think there's anything that can make your hair thicker. You could try extensions.

A change in diet could help a lot of things, but I don't think anything will bring back thick hair.. I'm not quite sure though.

You could apply a Volumizing powder. That will give it the appearance of fuller/thicker hair.

Idk that a healthier diet will help with thickness but it will help it be more healthier forsure as well as your skin & how you feel in general.

Take one or two eggs, depending on the length of your hair, and beat it properly. Apply the egg on wet hair and allow it to sit for about 30 minutes. Wash your hair with lukewarm water and shampoo. You can use this protein treatment once or twice a week.

Olive oil is also good. Do a hot oil treatment with Olive Oil and Coconut oil equal parts. Apply to hair and massage into scalp then after put a hot towel on your head and leave for 30mins to an hour or just leave it in over night.

Or try taking a vitamin supplement with biotin in it. You can honestly do all three of these things to nourish your hair and make it grow. I hope I helped!
