i love my hair when it's curled except i don't want to damage it by using heat because I straighten it all the time which I know damages it and even if i do curl it using a curling iron it always either never comes out the way I want it or it's perfect and it falls out I've tried some natural ways but it doesn't quite work the way I want it to so I'm hoping there's a way that will work perfectly please help

I use this technique all the time and it works so well!! My hair holds curl fairly well so i don't need to put in any mousse. If yours doesn't hold good just use a bit of mousse before hand or use hairspray afterward.
