Have you tried NARS Larger than Life eyeliner in Via Venneto or any of the Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliners? They literally don't move on me until I physically remove it with a makeup wipe.

Prestige total intensity liner is probably one of my favourite waterproof pencil liners. The liner is really smooth and creamy but then eventually sets like a gel liner. One of the blackest eyeliners you will find! Also lasts forever on the waterline.

There is SO MUCH product in one pencil. I use a sharpener with mine but I do believe they make ones where you can twist the product out. I prefer the pencil, it comes with the sharpener.

Personally I wasn't a fan of Loreal infallible. I had it in sapphire blue and though it's really creamy, it smudges super easily.

I love ud 24/7 eyeliners. I like zero, black velvet and perversion. They last ages on my waterline and I've tried lots of eyeliners with no luck. you sharpen them btw :)

I would skip on ud liners there no good they smudge like crazy so do the too faced I can show you some swatches and pass my fingers through them like shanae did and you will see how bad they are if you like.
