My friend wants to go as flower pots which I think is really cute to accessorize. but I'm not sure what
to do for the actual pot part.

A dark brown ( or any color you want.) skirt could work as a pot as well.

Normal clothing: Terra cotta colored skirt (maybe put flower pins or appliqués on it?), dark brown belt, green top.
More costumey: smash a terra cotta flower pot and sand the edges. Glue them like a mosaic on a cheap dress. You could also get flat marbles to make a stripe or floral pattern, like some flower pots have. Super cute idea, by the way!
