I don't, you really don't have to. Just try it for a few days, and if you notice a difference, then continue to not put it there.

Agree with Hannah - Which mascaras are you currently using and what are some qualities you look for in a mascara (this info will help us in deciding which mascaras we think will work best for you)? Assuming you have the right mascara and you're applying it correctly, you won't have to stop putting it on your lower lashes.

Maybe I'm wrong but I believe the longer your lashes the more itll smudge. Yours look pretty long mines are as well and that always happens.

Omg girl I totally know what you mean it's just the struggle of long lashes but I mean maybe try a waterproof mascara that might do the trick

I have blonde hair like you and I know how you feel about lower lashes because mine without mascara is invisible, maybe try a waterproof one or only darken the roots of the lashes instead of the whole lash.

I have to admit. That my lower lashes are extremely long. and I neeeever have it smudged. I Do believe its Youre mascara or the oily ness what I did mention before. So you can defenitely be wearing the mascara on your lower lash es. oh and I never ever wear water proof. So I really believe That you need it matte underneath your eyes.
