Help with Jessica Rabbit makeup.

Hey ladies,
this year for Halloween I am dressing up as Jessica Rabbit from the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
I have tried to get the makeup supplies I need for the look, but am lacking big time on the application skills. Do any of you have any tips or pictorials you could share with me? The crazy arched brows and eye makeup is the hardest part for me.

I don't exactly have a tutorial on how to do the makeup though.
Look up madeyewlook. She has a makeup tutorial just for Jessica Rabbit and it's gorgeous!
I'm doing something kind like hers but not exactly.
