Common questions that always trip me up:
-what did you do when you had a negative experience with a coworker?
-what is your biggest weakness?

When answering questions about previous employers, you want to avoid talking bad about any of them. Even a negative experience q, try to talk about how you resolved it and end on a positive note. Companies want to think, if/when you leave them you won't go complaining to other people about them.

🙌hands down what is the biggest weakness , that by far is the hardest question I have came across. I went for a junior strat man. Position once and was asked, how many cars would be travelling down the highway to a certain city. But that was crazy. Lol. Generally it's about your previous positions, education, experience, and the difficult customer experiences. Good luck I wish you all the best
