Bought it months ago but haven't wear it... Any ideas? I have to wear a navy blue tank under it cuz it's see thru and something over it because of school. It's navy blue with re polka dots:)

Wear with a cardigan & leggings. Combat boots if you have any!

I think white skinnies or dark wash jeans/jeggings but like Helen said combats boots or sandals if its still warm enough for you.
