Bell bottoms, a cropped tank top and a cropped faux leather vest with long fringe. If you can't find a vest you could cut a long shirt into a crop top with fringe. Peace sign, "flower power" etc.buttons, flower crown. Hair down and with a natural, undone look. Neutral lip with bold, twiggy style eyeliner.

For 70's outfits I would look at musicians and other famous people of the time. Farrah Fawcett was really popular and you could look to her and the rest of the Charlie's Angels cast for fashion, hair, and makeup. Or you can go with Jack B'd outfit idea which sounds cute :) however I'd like to point out that Twiggy falls under 60's mod fashion. Makeup trends in the 70's were all about earth tones and bright colors for eyes, a lot of clear lip gloss was also in :)
