They look good! although I can see the lash band on the inner corners. I always put a little extra glue on the ends, then use the back of a pair of tweezers to make sure they're as close as possible by pushing them down. hope I made sense.

Also if they're too big for your eye, you can always use eyebrow scissors to cut them a little. always cut on the inner corner.
