If you go with a witch, I adore the second green eyeshadow picture Shanae posted! Or you could do an evil spirit with pale skin and lips? And like bare eyes? Or you could do little red riding hood's evil twin, with some red lipstick (maybe with some blood around the lips, perhaps?) and dark eyeshadow. The possibilities are endless. (:
