Maybe have face paint on your cheeks of the colors of the team or eyeshadow with the colors?

Do something that pops. Not like crazy pops, but maybe your teams color (s) for eyeshadow, bright lipstick (depending on your eyeshadow) :) go with your teams theme.

I personally just keep my makeup the same as usual for sports events :p

I'd go with bright lipstick and something more neutral on the eyes :)
