Seche Vite hands down. High shine, helps polish last for about a week, and dries all layers of polish fairly quick.About $10. Second best.would be out the for at about $5

A lot of people say Seche Vite but i have it and for me its the same as any other topcoat and having it for several months now its thickened a little so it's gloopy. Also it was hard for me to find, when i couldve went to a local drugstore and got a wet and wild topcoat for $1 (:

I love orly sec 'n dry topcoat high shine drys fast and lasts over a week . Its just 8.00 :)

NYC Grand Central Station. $2, lovely brush, and a good bottle size. SV is expensive, has an awful brush, and the huge bottle + quick-drying aspect means it's totally goop halfway through the bottle. I think it's overrated.
