Best lipstains and lipsticks?

What are your favorite lipstains and lipsticks? Why?
Preferably drugstore, can't quite afford anything high end! Minimum wage stinks sometimes

Lipstains- wet n wild has amazing lip stains! (: they last me a really long time & have a great variety of color (: I have a red one & I can either wear it as a natural orange lip tint or full blown out red (;

Lipstick- revlon! I am literally in love with their lipsticks! They have a great color variety & the lip butters are very creamy & I can wear it sheer or matte (: I also like the cover girl smoochies! The packaging is really cheap, but it's so creamy & moisturizing! It's not as buildable, but it still has great color payoff (: the color selection is decent. Last, but not least, jordana easy shine! They are so creamy. Sadly, they are pretty sheer, but they smell good & feel good on the lips (: I didn't see many colors there unfortunately ):

I like the wet n wild lipsticks, and the Nyx lip creams. The Nyx lip cream last a lot longer for me then the wet n wild lipsticks do.

For lip stains I like the revlon color burst balm stain. they have great staying power without drying out your lips and a wide variety of colors, I also like that they are super easy to apply. elf also makes some lip stains that I really like (the specific name is worn off of the actual product) the elf lip stains are for more of a natural look.

I love the NK (nicka k) lippies because they're only 3 dollars each in store (online they're 1.50, my store rips me off but whatever) and they're so great, the color selection is awesome and they actually last a good 4 hours.

I love revlon color stay! It stays on for like all day! It's matte as well. I love it because it doesn't come off when I drink or eat and such. So I totally recommend it!

I love wet n wilds lipsticks , the Megalast ones to be exact.
As for lipstains, they are also from wet n wild, and hey are the vicious varnishes from the Fergie line and then the liquid lip Colors. I've heard a lot about people having problems with them but there is a certain way one must apply them so that they stay all day! It's actually pretty easy, you just need to use the lightest amount possible , and let it dry before you smack your lips. They work if you put a balm under before you apply and over it when it dries. Also a gloss works well too. They seriously don't budge until you intentionally TAKE them off. They stay so well you have to remove them with an oil based product or plain oil because it breaks it down easier.

I recently bought ( and since returned 2 of them) Megalast Lipstick for the very first time in Rosebud and I had it on for about 5 hours until I ate something and it didn't feel that dry and it didn't cause any dry cracks and lines on my lips so I thought the formula was fine. I also had got a few other colors and they did dry my lips some,and today I exchanged the Purty Permisson which was too bright and had more of a blue cool tone on me,(even though most women describe this color as a warm orange type color,) and I got Sandstorm instead which is a warm reddish,brown,orange pretty color on me,and I had been wearing all of these colors with no lip balm at all.


So today I bought Chapstick after I wore the Sandstorm for 2 hours without any,and after I took it off, I put Chapstick on first and then put on the Sandstorm again,and it felt nice and moisturizing,but then about an hour later it still started to feel dry,and when I looked in the mirror,my lips had all of these cracks and lines and flaking skin that I never had before! The colors are really pretty,but it's just not worth it to get dry cracked lips from it! I don't like goopy,greasy lip gloss on my lips either,but it's still much better than this! When lips have moisturizing lip sticks,lip balms,or gloss on,they look younger and fuller,but when they are dry and cracked they look unattractive,thinner and older!



There are other long lasting lipsticks by other brands that don't dry out your lips,like NYC Expert Last Lipstick etc.I only have ever used a few lipstains,and many women say that they can dry lips too,but I never experienced anything like this wearing them for hours! Wet n Wild really needs to improve this formula and add more moisturizers and somehow make this lipstick with less of whatever ingredient (s) cause such dryness and cracking!

Their Megaslicks Balm Stain is very good,I really just wish they made a warm red shade.

The other day I was in a dollar store to buy some hand santizer and I saw a lipstick by a brand Nicka k that I never heard of before.I bought the very pretty color Coral Pink for 1 $ and it's a very pretty warm coral pink shade that isn't bright or too light,and it's very hard for me to find a coral ( or mostly *any* shades) that are not too cool and blue toned for my skin tone.But this is too thin and greasy LA Colors makes a very good moisturizing lipstick in pretty colors for 1$ that is much better than this!
