Amazon has them for like a dollar and yeah they're used for practicing nail art and stuff. very handy, I use them a lot.

They are really fun to practice with!! But I agree with the others, I bought a few from Amazon.com and the were CHEAP!!

Check eBay too. I've bought them super cheap and in more bulk (not crazy bulk but a decent amount). They do come from China so they take about a week but sooo much cheaper :)
