Use dial antibacterial soap, that's what I've used for most of my piercings it's great stuff

Like the other girls said, make sure it's pierced with a needle. You'll need to start out with a stud (keep that in mind if you wanted a ring) cause any reputable piercing isn't going to put a ring in first as it makes the piercing heal in a different angled direction than it's supposed to. Also, don't use alcohol to peroxide to clean your piercing, that will dry the piercing out and make it take longer to heal then necessary, a saline solution is the best thing I've found to keep infection away without drying of the piercing, nose piercings are pretty simple but some people make the mistake of moving it lots while they're cleaning it and end up with a "keloid" or risen scar tissue, others will just call this a bubble and it's quite common so be weary of that too.

It's a little bump that grows right next to the piercing, I was starting to get it then I started using dial soap. Try not to touch or move it unless you're cleaning it until it's fully healed

To clean mine I used sea salt and mixed it with boiling water and let it cool, then applied with a q tip.
