I like a spray. Powder can look, well, Powdery. If you have oily skin go for a finely milled powder. If you have drier skin like me, go for a hydrating setting spray. Primer should help too.

I would use a primer, powder, and setting spray and then throughout the day touch up your makeup with powder or blotting sheets.
