For high end, I'd recommend the nars blushes, the naked skin foundation, nars concealer and mac lippies. For mascara, there are so many out there. Right now I am using the volume express which is pretty cheap.

High End: Macs Pro Longwear Concealer and Nars
Drugstore nude lippies: Nyx and Rimmel (:
Drugstore mascara: Maybelline Falsies (adds a full effect to your eyelashes), Manga Loreal Voluminous (Length and makes you look doll-like after two or three coats), Loreal Telescopic (length as it picks up every eyelash and gives you spidey eyelashes after two or three coats ) (:
High end : Benefit They're Real (Adds tremendous length )

Drugstore products that I love are:
Blush: anything Elf and I'd recommend the Elf contour brush to go with it, the blush is about $3 as the brush $1
Concealer: NYX has a nice full coverage concealer but I'm unsure of the price
Mascara: anything maybelline is great, I've been using their mascaras for years

Drugstore products:
- Milani Baked blushes -- They are so beautiful & anyone will agree with you on that.
- Maybelline Fit Me concealer -- I love it for my undereyes, it works great.
- Revlon Dark Lacquer mascara -- Idk why everyome raves over the Maybelline mascaras because I think this one is a lot better. It gives lashes soich lenvth and it never makes your lashes clumpy.

If you're just starting I would recommend they're real mascara by benefit and a naked basics palette, they're a little bit on the pricey side but I started off with these and use them to this day! For concealer my favourite are drugstore and I love the ready set gorgeous by covergirl, I also use the neutrogena powder (can't remember right now sorry!!) just to set it :) good luck!
