Are they always out of stock of certain items? trying to get single shadows and they seem like they're out of all of them.

No, they restock but once the news gets out, they sell out again. If you live in the so cal area, you can check out their store in Burbank. When I go, they usually have some things in stock that are sold out online.

Not that I know of, sorry :/ did you sign up to be notified?
Oh and the new Jacklyn Hill and Morphe Palette is releasing on jan 1. If you like those colors you can get that one :) they are original morphe colors but some of jacklyn's favorites.

I heard the quality of the palette eyeshadows aren't as good as the individual?

Yeah I've heard that too but I didn't buy the palettes. I have heard reviews from people who made those claims and they did say the Jaclyn Hill favorites palette is better quality (and somewhat different in packaging) than their other palettes.
