How can I get my hair like this I know I have to use a small wand but how do I get my hair to look so big I've tried it so many times but my hair always looks flat.

Brushing through the hair after it is cooled will do it

There is also products you can use to add volume or tease the hair.

Curl it with a curling iron and then once it's ready don't let it down catch the curl in your hair and then roll it to your scalp and Bobby pin it and do the entire hair like that and then after a couple minutes let them down one by one and brush them out. and as Shannon said you can also add a product that will give you volume.
