Okay well I personally suggest doing something with your brows, I notice that if I do my brows & don't have time for anything else it makes a big difference.

Black brows would look really heavy and unnatural on you with your blonde hair and blue eyes. Maybe some prow pomade in a shade that matches you? I dunno, your brows look great in that second picture. You are lovely by the way. How about a smokey eye? You've got a bit of a hooded eye situation, I think, like me. Smoking out toward the tips of your eyebrows, will counteract that and make your eyes look bigger I think. Maybe use a warm coppery brown as a compliment to the blue.

I think try doing your brows. Also just keep practicing. Practicing helps and you have to find the right color. Black is too harsh. Try different browns. Closest to your natural hair color almost.

I think you should use darker foundation and a smokey eye look and a bright lipstick.

I don't agree about using a darker foundation but I do agree that black can look to harsh on brows, I use the Anastasia brow wiz pencil in color ebony, it's like a soft black dark brain color & it matches my natural brow color. Looking at your hair color I think taupe from the Anastasia dip brow pomade & brow wiz would suit you.

I agree with the othet girls. Shaping your eyebrows will make a big difference on your routine. Bronzer would also look really nice.
