I have blue hair and it is fading, I want to re-dye it but I usually use splat because it works best on my hair but they don't sell it anywhere that is near to where I live. there is a Sally's and they have manic panic, I'm willing to get it but I don't know if it will work, I tried it before and it turned grayish purple after about 3 washes, but I purchased that at shoppers and not Sally's, so I was wondering if it would work better if I got it at sallys? is it was like a knock off at shoppers or something?

I personally don't like Manic Panic. I had the same issue with all colors except red. I just do not think Manic Panic is all that wonderful. But most people rave about it. I guess it could have been a little old but even from Sally's the manic panic faded to horrid colors after a few days.

I've only tried red manic panic and I loved it why don't you buy maybe two tubs of it and reserve the second tub for mixing into conditioner to refresh your color every once in a while

I personally like manic panic for my hair, but I do also have friends that prefer other hair dyes, probably just because everyone's hair is structured differently, if you've used only the original manic panic formula you might want to try their formula thats longer lasting, also leave it in over night or generally as long as you can and it should work a bit better. I know another brand that my friend who doesn't like manic panic liked a lot, but I totally forget the name of it!! x( I'll post the name when I find out what it was though haha :)

OMG @nicole are THANK YOOU punky color is the dye I was thinking of! Haha :) my friend's dyed her hair rainbow, and pretty much every color& way you probably could and she loveddd punky color rather than manic panic, it lasted a lot longer on her hair& looked amazing everytime I saw it :) definitely check it out!

I'm not sure but I think I've seen one or two sallys stores have it before :)
