I have the Tresemme hairspray with level 4 (out of 5) hold. Its a lot stronger than I thought it would be and its okay for some occasions but not for everyday use.
Idk if this is even a thing but is there something you can add to kind of dilute the strength/hold of your hairspray? I don't want my hair to feel so crunchy, just hold the look.

My suggestion would be to just use a lot less than you think you need to. Hold it further away from your head than normal and spray really lightly/for a really short period of time.

Yeah, hold it far from your head. It sounds like your spraying too much/too close.
