What should your skin feel like on your face when it is hydrated? like I know soft but I've never known. I just started using cetaphil day and night and my face feels a tad bit on the sticky side.

I would say soft, supple, and comfortable. I agree on making sure it is massaged all the way into the skin, or to use even a little less? Maybe tap dabs on your really dry parts and massage in from there:)

I suppose since its for night too then it will be sticky
I would vary your moisturizer depending on the time of day

OK thank you all I guess I've been using too much I've used one whole pump and it stays moisturized all day my skin isn't really dry its just really dehydrated

If you're touching your skin a couple of minutes after applying it, I'd say its okay for it to be some what sticky, but if its an hour or more in and still feeling like you have the product on then I'd get another product or use less :)

Mine feels similar to the skin on my forearm (soft part on lower arm).
