I actually really enjoyed the essence eye brow pencil! I bought it in a pinch because I forgot my makeup and had to go out and I believe it was 2 or 3 dollars! As for affordable lipsticks those are definitely tough to find good quality for cheap I think. The ones I've had the best luck with are the Revlon balm stains- and the matte versions are heavenly!

NYX automatic eyebrow pencil it is $5 and it is really good! it has a spoolie on one end that helps brush things out
