Buy Nivea 3 in 1 moisturiser and SunCream. Put them in a bowl , mix them together with a makeup brush. Get a thick blusher brush and just put on like foundation all over.

Another good way is putting HOT water in a kettle and putting some coconut oil in and buy some Witch Hazel as a finisher. Helps me much. Hope it helps

Take vitamin E. Use jojoba oil and nice in vitamin E oil. If you feel comfortable with it massage coconut oil on your face then wipe it off with a dry towel.

I agree try something a little more natural first and make sure to not exfoliate too much because it can cause redness and irritate your skin. I have flaky areas of my skin as well I normally just put Vasline on the area. But I would suggest using some Natural oils 👍👍👍👍
