I'm having the same problem with a similar liner and the end twists but nothing comes out. I googled it and people said to sharpen it but its plastic, not like a normal pencil liner so do you have to go through the plastic? Sorry if it sounds stupid 😥

I have those, you just sharpen them with a regular eyeliner sharpener. Works fine.

I use a regular sharpener and it works just as good as a makeup sharpener. Use whatever you have lol.
