You can make a lip scrub using Honey, Sugar, and Canola Oil
1/2 tb of honey heat up for a few seconds then stir in the sugar and oil until it becomes like a paste. Put it on your lips and massage it like you're rubbing in lipstick.

I just use my toothbrush to go over my lips lightly after brushing my teeth and then I apply lip balm :)

If you live by a Bath Junkie store (not sure if you can order online?) they sell a scrub called Sugar Kisses and it's amazing!
